2021年的暑假即将来临，6月22日上午，爱华暑期班的各位任课老师齐聚会议室，共同参加了实体课教学工作会议。

这是自疫情爆发以来爱华的老师们第一次相聚在学校，显示出今年暑期班实体课有着特别重要的意义。<\/p>\n

今年爱华暑期班采取了线上线下同步开课的形式，为了针对疫情做好切实的防范工作，早在两个月前，爱华负责教务的老师们就采购了额温枪、免洗洗手液、示意桌贴、示意地贴、消毒液等，全力做好上课期间的防疫工作。<\/p>\n

工作会议上，黄小捷校长首先发表感言，她为老师们能欢聚一起共商暑假班感到非常的高兴。黄校长欣慰地表示，在学校高层和老师们的共同努力下，经过一个多月的精心准备，关闭一年多的实体课堂终于恢复正常了，她希望竭尽全力，为孩子们提供更合理和丰富的课程，更安全和舒适的学校环境，更友爱欢乐的团队氛围，让孩子们学得开心，学有所获。<\/p>\n

黄校长还特别强调，今年暑假班采取的是小班制授课，而且各班学生的中文水平和年龄非常均匀，这对提高教学质量将起到了关键性作用，希望老师们充分利用有利条件，努力做好自己，不负家长们的众望。<\/p>\n

紧接着，李小乐副校长详细介绍了今年暑期班的分班工作。之后宣读了暑期班的卫生管理条例和学校常规条例，这是本次会议的重中之重。条例中对线下实体课的防疫和卫生工作做了详细规定，具体到喷洒消毒液的时间、校门口值班老师的分配等具体细节，让孩子们高高兴兴来学校，安安全全回家。<\/p>\n

今夏暑假，爱华每个教室都严格按照防疫措施，限制入座学生数量，确保防疫安全。每张课桌上都贴好了标志，明确规定了可坐和非可坐的位子。同时爱华也保持了往年一贯的细致分班法，各年级的上下册分开上课，既保证了学生水平相近，也保证了教学质量。<\/p>\n

陈坤副校长就如何利用互联网和投影仪的使用等方面的事项做了补充。<\/span><\/p>\n

最后，张忠民董事长发表讲话，张董事长特别强调了学校教育的重要性，尤其提到了如何发挥老师的引导作用，从而激发学生的学习兴趣，希望通过校方精心安排与分工协作，达到让孩子们学得开心，家长们放心，老师们安心的目标。<\/p>\n

为了方便家长们，今年暑假爱华开设了“9-9托管班”，即从早上九点到晚上九点，家长们可把孩子托管在学校里，孩子们在老师们的关照下完成作业和课后活动，这一举措极大地方便了家长，也免除了家长们出门工作没有时间照顾孩子的后顾之忧，而且家长们可以根据自身需求确定接送时间。<\/span>对家长而言，可谓是一个极好的措施。

疫情终将过去，绝大部分的学生们也终将回归课堂。在该学习的年纪就该发奋学习，时间不等人，只有把握住最佳的学习年龄段，才能让今后的一生都受益无穷。<\/span><\/p>\n
